What the service provides

World Cup Fan Id Card lets fans upload a photo, choose a team style, optionally add match context, and generate an unofficial digital Fan ID Card for personal sharing and collection.

AI model we use

Fan ID cards are generated with OpenAI GPT Image 2 (gpt-image-2), an image-to-image model from OpenAI, accessed through licensed API providers. Your uploaded photo and card settings are sent to the model only to produce your card. Generated images are AI-created and may contain inaccuracies.

Your image rights

You are responsible for the photos and names you submit. Do not upload content that you do not own, do not have permission to use, or that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights.

Unofficial use only

Generated cards are fan-made digital designs only. They are not real identity documents, tickets, access passes, official merchandise, or proof of affiliation. Do not use generated cards to mislead others or claim official tournament access.

Plans and paid access

Paid plans unlock the generation rights shown at checkout. Limited plans follow the displayed daily or weekly generation count, and any unlimited tournament access remains subject to fair-use, abuse prevention, rate limits, and technical safeguards. Subscription billing and customer portal access are handled through Stripe.

Refund policy

Paid plans unlock digital generation rights that start immediately, so refunds are handled case by case under the rules below.

• Unused purchases: if you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not generated any paid card with that plan, we will refund the full amount.
• Technical failures: if a paid generation fails or the service is unavailable and we cannot restore the generation, we will refund the affected purchase in full or in part.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges: duplicate payments and charges made in error are refunded in full.
• Used plans: once paid generations have been used, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Subscriptions: you can cancel Weekly Supporter or Tournament Pass at any time from the Stripe customer portal on your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• How to request: email support with your account email, the plan, the payment date, and the reason. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to create, upload, or attempt to create any of the following. Requests that fall into these categories may be blocked automatically.

• Sexual or explicit content, including nudity and sexually suggestive depictions of real people.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. We report such content to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC.
• Violent, gory, or graphic content, including depictions of injury, self-harm, terrorism, or threats of violence.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected traits.
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity, including fraud, forged identity documents, counterfeit tickets, or drugs and weapons trafficking.
• Deceptive, impersonation, or infringing content, including using someone else’s face without consent, posing as officials, players, or organizers, misinformation, and content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Content moderation

We combine automated and human review to keep the service safe. Every generation request passes through the safety filters of the underlying AI model, which reject prohibited prompts and images. We also monitor usage signals such as rate limits and abuse patterns, and we manually review reported content and flagged accounts.

Enforcement

When we find a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions depending on severity:

• Block the generation request or remove the generated content and shared links.
• Issue a warning or temporarily restrict generation.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account without refund for serious or repeated violations.
• Preserve relevant records and report illegal content, including CSAM, to law enforcement or other authorities.

Reporting content

If you see a card or shared link that violates these terms, or believe your image or rights have been misused, email support with the link or card ID and a short description. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and remove violating content as soon as it is confirmed. Reports involving minors or illegal content are prioritized.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but generation providers, storage, payments, and hosting may occasionally fail or change. We may update features, pricing, plans, limits, and these terms as the product evolves.
